We started at 2022, by finding that Mimosa Hostilis was calling us, that it was needed to be brought back in mass volume to Europe, but with a sustainable and Potent Mimosa hostilis Bark, which was perfect when we find our great partners in Brazil – where they in their private land harvest and plant Mimosa hostilis Bark. So we hope you will be in this journey with us, and we hope we can make a better website with better functions – and more products in the Future.

We ship with different post services within Europe.

The Free shipping is not tracked. ( but include photo-proof of package sent out )

For tracking service – min 10kg to a country which its totally legal.

– We are the only Mimosa Store in europe who do not have shipping restriction. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 business days, but if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments can be delayed by a few days.  If any significant delay is to be expected, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.

We do not ship orders on weekends or national holidays.

 

PACKAGING

We package our products discreetly in regular boxes or envelopes, with no stamps or any mentions of our website whatsoever. Inside the box, the Mimosa root bark will be appropriately labeled with all the needed safety information. We will also include an informative brochure with a guide on how to use Mimosa hostilis as a dye, and a simple soap recipe.

 

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery times vary according to destination and can be influenced by external factors such as flights availability, weather and overloaded customs. Please note that usually a package goes through multiple countries before reaching its final destination, so there can be some delays.

The table below shows estimate transit times under normal conditions to different regions:

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive your order with visible damage and/or powder leaking out, please take pictures of the box BEFORE and AFTER you open it and email it to us, so we can open a claim with the courier company.

 

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us for a refund.

If you already used some of the product, we will refund you the equivalent to what you have returned to us.

You need to return the product in the condition that you received it. If you return the root bark to us containing hair, dirt or any other impurities, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Return shipping is at buyers expense, but reach out to us and we may be able to arrange a return address near to you to save on return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns – due to the package has get caught in customs.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:

Depending on what country you are based in and how large is your order is, it’s possible that you’ll be charged import fees upon arrival. Most European countries will charge VAT. The package will be sent from Europe so it will come through much easier & cheaper.

Import fees vary from country to country and are NOT included in our product prices. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check weather import fees are expected or not.

There will be NO REFUNDS for buyers who refuse to pay import fees on arrival.
